A word from the owner…

As spring approaches early I wanted to remind all our customers that it is AC tune up time. One of the main problems we see in our customer’s home in the spring is the lack of HVAC condensate drain maintenance. As the temperature rises we typically see a lot of “ceiling and floor damage” from clogged HVAC drains as the cooling season begins and those AC units are turned on. The problem occurs when the drain becomes clogged from lack of use in the winter and causes a back up condition that results in wet ceilings and floors and a possible insurance claim. The problem is easily solved with routine maintenance of the HVAC unit and connecting drain that is tied to your plumbing system.
