Service Partner Program

As many of our customers may know, we have been working hard on growing our service department by leaps and bounds in 2007 to better serve you - our faithful customer.

It will always be our commitment "to provide a level of service you forgot existed." That is what we promise and that is what we are doing. In respect to that, many are asking us to help them save money as we provide that same level of service they now have come to expect. Because of this, we will be offering a special service program starting with our residential service clients.

Program Details

• A 15% discount off our standard pricing.
• Priority service - you will be put in front of our non-service partner customers for a quicker service response time.
• No emergency service fees - all of our pricing will be the same, even in the case of an emergency.
• We will waive our trip charge for standard service during normal business hours.
• We will reduce our after business hours trip charge - just $99.00 instead of $149.00 for standard customers and you will pay the normal service partner price.
• Annual home plumbing system inspections to keep your plumbing system operating smoothly. We will provide you with written recommendations of any maintenance needs you may have so you can avoid those unexpected plumbing system breakdowns.
• Fully transferable to the new homeowner in the event you decide to sell the property.
